I hope these blurry, swirling images capture some of the incredible energy of the Simchat Torah service at West Suburban Temple Har Zion, in River Forest, Illinois. The service was enhanced by the music of the Maxwell Street Klezmer Band; Rabbi Victor Mirelman; Cantor Stewart Figa; Torah Reader, Charles Shapera and dozens of children of all ages.
